What we do
Fan-for-fan replacement on your existing wiring: We remove the old fan and install the new one you supply, using the electrical box and wiring already in place. No new circuits, no new wiring runs.
Wobble and balance: A new fan should run smooth at every speed. We balance it before we leave so it does not click, sway, or hum.
Light kits and remotes: We install the light kit and set up the remote or wall control that comes with your fan, and confirm every speed and light setting works.
Downrods and sloped ceilings: Vaulted and sloped ceilings need the right downrod and mount. We fit the fan to the ceiling you have, not the other way around.
Old fan removal: We take the old fan down and leave the space tidy.
What to have ready
Have the new fan on site, unopened if possible, and let us know the ceiling height and whether the ceiling is flat or sloped. If the fan location has no electrical box yet, or the wiring needs changes, say so up front — that is a different job than a straight replacement, and we will tell you honestly.
