A toilet that runs all night, rocks on the floor, or leaks at the base is not a problem that gets better by waiting. Most toilet repairs are small jobs with a clear cause — and a clear fix.
What we fix
Running toilets: A fill valve that never shuts off or a flapper that no longer seals will waste water around the clock. Both are straightforward replacements.
Weak or incomplete flushes: Often a worn flapper, a misadjusted fill valve, or a chain that needs setting — small parts, big difference.
Leaks at the base: A failed wax ring lets water seep under the toilet and into the floor. The fix is to pull the toilet, replace the wax ring, and reset it solid. Left alone, a base leak rots the subfloor.
Rocking or loose toilets: A toilet that moves usually means a worn wax ring, a loose flange, or bolts that need attention. It should not be ignored — movement breaks the seal.
Seats and supply lines: Cracked seats, slow-close seats that no longer close slowly, and aging supply lines are quick replacements, and a braided steel supply line is cheap insurance against a burst hose.
Full toilet replacement: When the porcelain is cracked or the toilet is old enough that parts no longer make sense, we remove the old unit and install the new one you supply, including disposal of the old toilet.
What to expect
Send a photo of the problem and a note on what the toilet is doing — running, leaking, rocking, or not flushing right — and you will get a clear, written estimate before any work begins. Most toilet repairs are done in a single visit.
